Our yoga school is located in the tourist locales of Mcleodganj (Upper Dharamsala) area, about 500 meters from His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s Temple.
During certain times of the summer, H.H. Dalai Lama offers speeches or blessing ceremonies in the beautiful environment of Dharamsala optimum to study yoga. However even when H.H. Dalai Lama is not in town, the area radiates with a holy peace brought by the Buddhist people. Here you get to meet the kindhearted and gentle people of the city filled with the compassionate teachings of H.H. the Dalai Lama. In addition, Dharamsala tourism attraction is for adventure sport like trekking designed for people who are fond of nature as you can more quality time in the lap if nature after your course. Our meditation and yoga asana practice are in a warm, sunlit yoga hall on the top floor of the Siddharth House building, with stunning views of the mountains.
Our yoga school is located in a very peaceful serene location in McLeod Ganj (Dharamsala) away from any sort of noise pollution. The whole idea of yoga in Mcleod Ganj is exhilarating as it is a beautiful hill station often referred to as “The Little Lhasa” with historical links through the days of the British Raj.
Through our yoga courses held at McLeod Ganj, you experience a unique opportunity to witness the serenity of the Tibetan culture. The City is flourished with various Shops offering traditional Tibetan goods line the quaint little streets in town situated next to authentic Tibetan restaurants. Dharamsala yoga retreat is ideal for you to experience an eclectic mix of both Indian and Tibetan culture, rooted in the practices of Buddhism and Hinduism alike. McLeod Ganj is nine kilometers by bus and four kilometers by taxi route up the hill from Lower Dharamsala or Kotwali Bazar, as it is known. At a much lower altitude of 1250 meters, nearly all the inhabitants of Lower Dharamsala are Indians. Stunning views of the Dhauladhar mountains and Buddhist prayer flags abound.

We organize least one trip in the group to explore the spectacular scenery and natural beauty of the Dharamsala area. The trekking extravaganza at Triund mountain known as the popular destination for trekkers, so if the weather is nice we will usually spend a day trekking with staff and students. Another place we may visit is the Kangra fort.
